These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your Membership with Dottore London (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing a Private Health Club plan — Core, Elevate, or Elite — you agree to the terms below.
1. Membership Plans & Eligibility
1.1 The Dottore London Private Health Club offers three Membership plans:
Core – Access to same-week GP and specialist appointments, priority booking within 72 hours.
Elevate – Priority booking within 48 hours, annual health check and 10% discount on consultations.
Elite – Priority booking within 24 hours, annual comprehensive screening, extended concierge support, and 15% discount on consultations and selected partner services.
1.2 Membership is open to individuals aged 18 or over.
Family and partner add-ons may be purchased for an additional monthly fee, as stated on the website.
1.3 Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Only named individuals may use the benefits.
1.4 We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel Membership at our discretion, including in cases of misuse, non-payment, or fraud.

2. Fees & Payment
2.1 Membership fees are payable either monthly or annually in advance, according to the option selected at purchase.

3. Freeze / Suspension
3.1 You may request to pause your Membership for up to two months per 12-month period, with at least 30 days’ prior written notice.
3.2 During a freeze period, Membership benefits cannot be used.
3.3 The freeze period extends your Membership term accordingly. Approval is at our discretion.

4. Appointments, Booking & Cancellation
4.1 Members do not need to pay a deposit when booking under Membership.
4.2 Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled between 8 and 24 hours in advance, depending on the plan selected.
4.3 Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of up to £50 or result in the loss of priority booking benefits for the following period.
4.4 Priority booking times (same-week access) are guaranteed within the plan framework:
Core – appointments typically within 72 hours;
Elevate – within 48 hours;
Elite – within 24 hours.
All subject to clinician and service availability.
4.5 Bookings must be made via official Dottore London channels (website, app, or by phone/email).
5. Membership Benefits & Discounts
5.1 Members receive discounts and benefits as specified in their plan, including:
Percentage discounts on GP and specialist consultations;
Annual health screenings;
Access to same-week appointments;
Prescription delivery services (where available);
Exclusive partner benefits (e.g., dental, physiotherapy, and nutrition).
5.2 Benefits are valid only for services delivered directly by Dottore London or its approved partner network.
5.3 Discounts do not apply to external tests or diagnostics performed by unaffiliated third parties unless expressly stated.
5.4 Discounts do not apply to home consultation and psychotherapy sessions
5.5 We may change or replace partner benefits at any time, giving reasonable notice to active members.
6. Prescription Deliveries
6.1 Prescription delivery is available within the UK, subject to legal and postal regulations.
6.2 Delivery may incur a courier fee, depending on the area.
6.3 You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your address and contact details. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

7. Term, Renewal & Upgrades
7.1 Membership runs for 12 months from activation unless otherwise stated.
7.2 Memberships renew automatically at the then-current published rate unless you cancel at least 30 days before renewal by emailing:

8. Cancellation & Termination
8.1 You may cancel your Membership at any time by written notice. Your membership will remain valid until the end of the 12 months.

You breach these Terms;
Fraudulent activity is detected;
Payment fails or remains overdue beyond 7 days.
8.3 Cooling-Off Period – If you purchased online or by phone, you have 14 days from the day after purchase to cancel for a refund.
8.4 If you have started using benefits (appointments, prescriptions, or services) within those 14 days, we will deduct the value of those services from your refund.
8.5 Refunds are processed within 14 working days to your original payment method.

9.3 Your data may be shared securely with partner clinicians and diagnostic providers strictly for medical or operational purposes.

11.2 If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in full force.
11.3 We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
11.4 This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
