How long does it take to get an appointment?

Depending on your membership plan, appointments can be scheduled within 72 hours (Core), 48 hours (Elevate), or as fast as 24 hours (Elite), with priority access reserved for Private Health Club members.

How does the Family option works?

The Family option is available for families with one or more children. Every child can be added for £144 per year (Elevate) and £154 per year (Elite). Children are entitled to all benefits included in the membership, with the exception of the health check.

Are your doctors recognised in the UK?

Yes. All Dottore London doctors are fully qualified and registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) or any other relevant board according to their specialty - e.g. HCPC.

How quickly can I get tests and results?

As a member, you have fast access to blood tests, screenings, and imaging — often on the same day. Results are delivered promptly and discussed in a dedicated follow-up consultation.

Where is the clinic located?

You can find us at 24–25 Hand Court, Holborn, London WC1V 6JF — just a few minutes from Holborn, Chancery Lane, and Covent Garden stations.

What’s included in a Private Health Club membership?

Each plan provides access to exclusive discounts, priority booking, discounted dental treatments, and an annual health check tailored to your needs.

Can I add another person to my membership?

Yes — you can add your partner or children at a reduced rate compared to the main plan.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes. If you travel or are away from London, you can freeze your plan for up to 2 months and resume it when you return.

How do the discounts work?

Depending on your chosen plan, you’ll receive up to 20% off consultations and tests, a free health check per year and 15% off dental treatments.

When can I have my Health Check?

You can book your Health Check at any time if you pay the annual fee in advance.
If you choose monthly instalments, your Health Check will be available in the final month of your membership.

About the Core Plan (£39/month or £399/year)

It includes a general medical consultation and a basic blood test package for essential health monitoring.

2. What discounts are included with the Core Plan?
10% off all consultations, 15% off dental treatments and priority booking within 72 hours

3. What are the booking and cancellation conditions?
You can cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment with no penalty. No deposit is required when booking.


About the Elevate Plan (£49/month or £499/year)

1. How is the “Elevate Health Check” different?
It includes a specialist medical consultation plus a comprehensive blood test package — ideal for regular preventive check-ups.

2. What additional benefits does Elevate offer?
- 15% off all consultations, prescription home delivery and 15% off dental treatments. 

3. Can I extend the plan to my family?
Yes. You can add your partner or one child for +£40, and each additional child for +£30. 

About the Elite Plan (£59/month or £599/year)

1. What does the “Elite Health Check” include?
It includes specialist consultations, a full blood test panel, and additional diagnostic tests for a complete and advanced health assessment.

2. What are the exclusive advantages of the Elite Plan?
15% off all consultations, +5% extra on active offers and promotions, prescription delivery to your address and 15% off dental treatments

3. What are the booking and family options for the Elite Plan?
